1. Contest Timeline

  • The “Legendary Hook-Off” contest begins with the announcement of the campaign on the Instagram handle of Godfather @godfatherzone.
  • The contest will run for 6 to 8 weeks, depending on user engagement and performance metrics. The organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the campaign period.
  • The winner will be announced on Godfather Zone’s official Instagram handle. Link: https://www.instagram.com/godfatherzone/

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for participation, individuals must:

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each submission is unique and original. Entries must not contain copyrighted material (including music and choreography), hate speech, vulgar or offensive content. Employees of Devans, associated agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate

Participants must:

  • Upload a 30-second (or longer) Instagram Reel using the Godfather Anthem available on Instagram’s music library.
  • Tag https://www.instagram.com/godfatherzone/  and https://www.instagram.com/melvinlouis/ in their contest reel. ( repeated . let me know where to keep)
  • Use the hashtag #LegendaryHookOff.
  • Ensure their Reel is publicly visible.
  • Include the Godfather Legendary or Godfather super 8 can in the video for bonus points.
  • Refer to the tutorial videos on the @godfatherzone page for creative inspiration.

4.Prizes and Winner Selection

Grand Prize Winner:

  • ₹1.5 Lakh cash prize (bank transfer after identity verification) & final shoot With Melvin).
  • Opportunity to perform with Melvin Louis in a professional shoot.
  • Travel, boarding, and lodging for the shoot in Mumbai will be arranged by Devans.

Runner-Up Prizes:

  • Two runner-ups will receive ₹25,000 each.

     Winners will be contacted via DM from the official @godfatherbeer account. 

     If unreachable within three attempts or upon failure to provide verification, the prize will be forfeited.

5. Documentation & Verification

  • Winners must provide valid identity and address proof. Accepted documents:

  • PAN Card with Birth Certificate

  • Voter ID with Birth Certificate

  • Aadhaar Card

Discrepancies or failure to submit documents may result in disqualification. Participants must provide truthful and accurate information. The company reserves the right to contact participants for clarification.
Passport or Driving License

6. Rights and Usage

By entering, participants grant Godfather Beer rights to:

  • Use and share submitted videos across digital platforms, advertising, and promotional materials without additional compensation.
  • Collect, process, and use personal data for contest purposes.
  • Participants images, videos, or other media created for promoting the campaign will belong to Godfather Beer, including global and perpetual usage rights.

Participants consent to sharing personal data for contest execution and prize distribution. 

Personal data may be retained for legal, marketing & business purposes.

7. Disqualification Grounds

Participants may be disqualified if:

  • They fail to meet eligibility criteria.
  • Their entry contains offensive or copied material.
  • Fake engagement (bots, paid likes) is detected.
  • Required documentation is not submitted.
  • False or misleading information is provided.

8. Promotional Activities

Participants may be selected to:

  • Feature in promotional events and materials.
  • Top five participants will be requested for B-roll footage and/or media interviews wearing Godfather merchandise.
  • No additional compensation will be provided for participation in promotional activities.

9. General Terms

  • By participating, contestants accept all terms and conditions.
  • Participants must not be under exclusive contracts or disqualifications preventing participation.
  • All risks and consequences of participation are borne by the participant.
  • The company is not liable for any loss, injury, or dispute.
  • The company may cancel, modify, or terminate the contest at its discretion without prior notice.
  • Participation does not guarantee a prize.

In the event of fraud, non-compliance, or disputes, the company reserves the right to  disqualify participants and recover awarded prizes if necessary. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jammu, J&K.

9. General Terms

  • While efforts are made to protect personal data, no digital system is completely secure.
  • Data may be retained for legal and contest-related purposes.
